Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Should have good personality and communication skills
  • Experience in Sales, BD, Digital Marketing
  • Should have proven track record of scouting for business and has worked in similar profile before.
  • Should be willing to travel across India
  • Should be ambitious and willing to work on revenue share.
  • Can connect to the right business groups.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Has connects  across India. Can open doors and has worked in Bombay, Bangalore or Delhi any any city.
Responsibilities:
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Can be a real revenue head bringing in business  of over 2 crore s year.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Should be a part of couple of networking groups
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
