Key Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Job Description
  • Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
  • Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns
  • Design and produce a wide array of media
  • Develop our company brand to increase brand presence
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
  • 3+ years of creative design experience
  • Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong typography skills

Ideating and concept creation along taking ownership of allocated client social handles mainly - Instagram/ FB/ Twitter, YouTube, and Linkedin

Job Description
  • Being a custodian of the allotted brands and managing the client’s business.
  • Understanding the client’s business and the specific industry as a whole with competitors tracking
  • Brief the internal team – creative, copy, media, digital, social – as the case may be for the development of campaigns for the client as per the objectives and budgets allocated
  • Brainstorming and ideation with internal teams for campaigns and out-of-the-box innovative and effective ideas Coordination for influencer marketing
  • Page Management
  • Brand collabs with celebrities/ influencers, content networks, etc
  • Getting the creatives and other work executed- creative, media, digital, social, etc
  • Presenting ideas and creative work done to the client independently
  • Keeping a track of client’s spending, invoicing, and recovery of payments
  • Weekly/monthly reports and JSRs for all clients handled as the case may be
  • Tracking performance and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Ensuring all campaigns are executed in a timely fashion and deployed perfectly
  • Co-ordination with photographers, videographers, and vendors for various specific client requirements/assignments Should have excellent communications skills.

  • Post-graduation degree in the field of Media & Communications
  • BBA/MBA
