Key Role

To manage clients and oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring client satisfaction and provide innovative solutions.

Job Description
  • Managing a set of clients.
  • Brainstorm and supervise the creatives and manage the client relationship.
  • Meeting with clients to discuss and understand their business challenges and requirements.
  • Brief the internal team – creative, copy, media, digital, social – as may be the case for creating campaigns as per the client’s objectives and budgets allocated.
  • Getting the creatives and other work executed error-free from the internal teams – creative, media, production, digital, social, etc.....
  • Brainstorming and ideating with internal teams for campaigns and out-of-the-box and innovative and effective ideas for the client’s campaigns.
  • Keeping track of the client’s spending, invoicing, and recovery of payments and proof checking – checking all content for any communication that goes out of Xebec.
  • Weekly/monthly reports and JSRs for all clients and tracking performance and effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Client Partner
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in creatives and manage the client
  • Impeccable English and effective communication is a must
  • Experience in Manage clients/accounts independently.
