Challenge:

WFH was the norm in 2020 during the Covid 19 stringent lockdown and people’s homes were simply not geared for work for such a prolonged period. Kids were schooling from home which was an additional challenge. Since, all retail outlets were shut customers could not buy ergonomically designed furniture or even some impulse items like home decor

Our Approach:

Seeing the gap, we collaborated with the client to work on an ecommerce portal which had unique features like Assisted Buying, 360-degree Views of the Furniture and Stores so customers could figure out the height, look and feel of the furniture.

The next challenge was to leverage the opportunity by turning around the portal in record time. Xebec being the digital and marketing technology partner, was also working from home–so it was essentially a pure-play digital transformation which was achieved all remotely.
